Feile B Qualifiers

Venue EireOg, Donore    Sun April 21st

 

Group 1

2pm                 Eire Og C/C  v J T B

2 .40pm           Moorefield v J T B

3 .20pm           Eire Og C/C v  Moorefield

 

Group 2

2pm                 Athy v Ardclough

Kilcock  v St Laurences/Nurney

2 .40pm           Kilcock  v Athy

St Laurenes/Nurney  v  Ardclough

3 .20pm           Ardclough  v  Kilcock

Athy v   St Laurences/Nurney.

 

Winners of each Group play in Feile B Final on Sun April 27th

 

 

Féile Rules

Winners of Feile A to receive trophy and medals and go on to represent Kildare at Feile na nGael 2013 in Limerick

Winners of Feile B  to receive trophy and medals as Feile B Champions

 

Feile is played under full Camogie rules.

 

Feile is for girls who were over 10 and under 14 on December 31st 2012

 

Feile A ——-15 a side on a full pitch

Feile B ——-13 a side on a reduced pitch

A maximum of 5 substitutes are allowed per match ( Referee must be informed )

 

Rd 1 games and semi finals are of 25minutes duration ( 2×12.5mins)

Feile B Final   30 minutes duration (2x15mins)

Feile A  Final  40 minutes duration (2x20mins)

 

Rd 1Qualifiers to be played on a league basis

2 pts for a win  1 pt for a draw

 

Feile A   Top 2 teams qualify for the final.

Feile B   Winners of each group qualify for the B final.

 

In the event of teams finishing on equal points the following rules apply

 

*Two teams level

The winners of the original match between the teams qualify

If that result was a draw then a playoff of 10 minutes duration (2×5 mins)to be played.

If still level a  period of extra time to be played with the first team to register a score declared the winners

 

* Three teams level

A draw for a Round Robin series (AvB ,BvC, AvC )to be played for 10 minutes duration (2×5 mins) if no result achieved then score difference from the three original games  will decide

 

* Four teams level

A draw for two playoff games of 10 minutes duration (2x5mins) the winners of which will qualify as top two teams.

In the event of a draw a period of extra time to be played with the first team to register a score declared the winners.

Finals

If a Final ends in a draw a period of extra time of 10 minutes duration (2x5mins) to be played

If the teams are still level a further period of extra time to be played with the first team to register a score declared the winner.

Only 3  mentors  (named) one of which is a first aider, from each team will be allowed on the pitch.

The co ordinator will only accept the score from the referee.

The appointed co ordinator will have the final say in any disputes.
